I have never been a fan of diet pills and in fact, I have recommended many of friends not to come anywhere close to diet pills. But things have changed so much since then. It all started when I and two of my two friends regularly started going to a local gym for losing weight. We did regular exercises and even had an instructor who made us sound it too good. 3 weeks later, one of my friends calls me up and says she achieved her goal. I didn’t believe her until she visited my house. She looked a lot thinner and when I checked her weight, she lost 17 pounds in exactly in 3 months and 3 weeks. In the first 3 months, she just lost 9 pounds and in the next 3 weeks after she stopped going to gym, she lost another 8 pounds. Now, I am sure this sounds crazy to you because it really did to me. When I asked her what was her secret, she told me the last thing that I wanted to hear. A diet pill called Meratol. She has been taking 2 tablets everyday (2 tablets at once in morning) and she never felt hungry for the whole day. Neither did she feel like eating anything.
